ID validation

The system allows delegates to enter an online portal prior to arrival to submit their ID documentation as defined by the event. This allows either your staff, or our staff if you need, to validate the delegate and approval their pass.

Photo ID passes

Are delegates swapping their passes? Simply request a photo as part of the delegates pre-arrival requirements. The badge can then include a print of this photo.

On site management

Need a team to manage the pass system at your event? No problem, we have experience proving teams of operators who can register late arrivals, validate passes and ensure the entire process is seamless.

Badge types

The system allows for up to 25 pre defined badge types including those with catering, VIPs, stand holders etc. Further badge types are available if required within the bespoke framework.

Data captured within the system is stored securely within a GDPR environment. All data is customer owned.
