Etherlive’s conference technology services are specifically aimed at those hosting internal or externally facing meetings. We know how important technology is to those organising and attending.
Etherlive partners with events to understand the profile of delegates. That may be a meeting of c-suite executives who need constant connections to the office, or an offsite brainstorming session which needs good internet so research can be done on the fly. Whatever the requirement, Etherlive has the technical experience to ensure the event Wi-Fi and temporary internet ensure it’s a great event.
Working with Venues
Etherlive engineering teams have significant experience working with venues to ensure the services on site meet the requirements of the event. If required Etherlive can temporally increase the internet or Wi-Fi systems on site.
Etherlive works with many corporate events to validate a venue’s in house systems prior to signing contracts for hire. Any areas which require improvement can then be discussed with the venue (perhaps as part of the agreement to host the event) or alternative locations can be arranged.
- Temporary internet connectivity wherever the event may be supplementing the venue’s own supply if required
- Partnership with in house IT teams to deliver a solution which provides the right experience for your delegates
- Experience with Smartphone Apps which can deliver voting, live discussion forums and schedules. All well connected of course.
