Role Overview
Field engineers provide cable pulling and install assistance at event technology deployments. Working with site leads or engineers field engineers are responsible for ensuring deployments progress to schedule.
Location of Work
Field Engineers are required to work at customer sites as required throughout the UK
Working Hours
Etherlive site leads are expected to work a 12 hour day to include breaks
Skills and qualities
Desirable experience:
- Dealing with customers
- Some experience in the events industry
Essentials:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management and organisation
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Enthusiasm
- Attention to detail
All candidates should have the following
- Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points and access to a vehicle (where vehicle access is not available we will look at alternative transportation where possible)
- Valid UK work visa
- Able to work away from home for extended periods if necessary (up to 1 month typically)
- Understanding of unsociable working hours that are necessary in the events industry
