Etherlive event network services to Panasonic conference at one of England’s leading hotels

Panasonic’s TOUGHBOOK Innovation Forum extends the boundaries of learning even further by exploring the latest advances in mobile technology and digital technology. An opportunity to discover the newest technologies, including autonomous drones, edge computing and artificial intelligence.
Panasonic worked with Etherlive to interface and overlay the venues existing infrastructure, to accommodate over 300 delegates and influencers of the technology industry, alongside demonstrations from the likes of Microsoft.
The network design team from Etherlive worked closely with Panasonic, providing a pre survey and temporary Wi-Fi deployment enabling a robust event network capable of supporting hundreds of devices.
Etherlive engineers liaised directly with internal IT throughout planning, implementation and live event support. Acting as Panasonic’s event IT Partner, Etherlive provided a fully managed network to ensure the event ran smoothly. Post-event reporting provided Panasonic with invaluable data about delegate interaction.
